Koketu is a marketplace dedicated to personal shopping offering a wide range of fashion-related services or products. Our platform was created to assist individuals who struggle with everyday fashion choices due to a lack of knowledge or busy lifestyle. While everyone wants to look their best, fashion is a skill that not everyone possesses. Koketu aims to bridge this gap by offering a space where fashion expertise can be traded like any other service. As a customer, you will find a variety of fashion offers tailored to your specific criteria, including gender, style, and body shape. Our platform is designed to save you time and energy in the shopping process, providing services such as personalized shopping lists or products as clothing and accessories.
Discover various categories by visiting the "Categories" page. Navigate to the "Explore" page to browse offers categorized into Services or Products. Additionally, you can find freelancers by visiting the "Koketors" page. Each page allows you to refine your search using filters. After selecting an offer, register on Koketu and proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method. The Koketor will deliver the purchased service or product within the agreed timeframe.
A Koketor is a freelancer who offers services or products on the platform. Koketors are fashion literates, both professionals and amateurs. Professionals can be Personal Shoppers, Stylists, Designers, Bloggers, or influencers. Non-professionals are passionate individuals with a keen eye for fashion, sharing recommendations in their field of expertise. In the Product side, Koketors are retailers or independent sellers offering their products. Use filters and client ratings to help you select the right Koketor for you.
Yes, however, you must create two different accounts, one as a customer and one as a Koketor.
Services are all types of offers helping you creating an outfit. They include Shopping Lists (a curated list of items to buy), Coaching sessions (online or in-person if the Koketor is local), and Photography services. Similar services are also available for professionals.
Available products include Clothes, Accessories, or Subscription boxes. The platform offers all types of clothing-related products. For professionals, you can find designer prototypes for your brand, among other items.
A Shopping List is an excellent tool to simplify your shopping. Expert Koketors, specialized in specific clothing types or styles, will provide you with a tailored list of items to purchase (on your own), based on your location, tastes, and selected filters. When placing an order, provide the Koketors with detailed information to help them understand your needs and efficiently select the right items for you.
How Does It Work? FAQs
Register in the menu “Join as a customer” and fill the information needed to complete your application. When you are registered, please complete “My Profile” and get started from your Dashboard.
Explore the Marketplace from your Dashboard by clicking on "Explore," or visit the home page for a more detailed search, accessing the “Categories” and “Koketors” pages in the menu. Use filters to refine your search, then select the offer and package you want. This will lead you to the checkout. If you need more information before selecting an offer, you can chat with the Koketor to discuss details or negotiate the price. Once the offer is paid, the seller will send you their requirements to complete the job. Payment is released to the seller once the offer will be delivered and approved.
Click in the menu on "Become a Koketor" and access the Service or Product page from your Dashboard to add your offer. Follow the steps to create your tailored offer. Selecting all relevant filters improves the visibility of your offer to targeted customers. Describe and complete the content for each package (delivery time, revisions, items included) and add images. Once the offer is done, your offer will be placed on the Marketplace automatically.
All your orders can be found under the Order page on your Dashboard. When contacting us, please include the Order ID displayed next to your order to help us in the process. Once your order is delivered, the customer must approve the delivery on the order page by clicking the arrow icon. This action will change your order status from "Delivered" to "Completed".
Once the order is marked as “Completed” thanks to the customer action, the Koketor can ask for the payout in the Dashboard under the “Payout” page. The Koketor must add its banking details to receive the payment.
Each offer has its own delivery period. You can discuss the delivery time with the Koketor directly through the chat section on their profile.
When the customer approves the delivery of the order, he will be directly asked to evaluate the Koketor.
